Personal & Travel Information: Pease check your flight/date/times/name on the ticket when you accept your itinerary. If you notice an error, please bring it our attention immediately (within 24 hours of ticket issuance) to get the error corrected without incurring a penalty.
Registration: All trips require registration and payment in advance.
Refunds & Cancellations: Please understand that our reservations require ample time for cancellation and have refund policies that we must adhere to. It is our sincere desire to issue a refund if we are able to resell your tour spot. If you inform us of cancellation at least 14 days prior to departure, we will return all refundable deposits in full IF we are able to resell the booking. After 14 days a refund is non-refundable.
Tipping: We have the finest guides you’ll find anywhere. If you want to tip them because you had a great time, the guide would greatly appreciate it.
Departure: We leave promptly at the departure time given. If you or your child is not ready to depart, we may have to leave without them. If this is the case, you are still responsible for payment in full and/or not entitled to a refund.
Liability and Medical Form: This must be completed, signed and notarized at least 48 hours before departure. If you have medication, it is our hope that we can discuss this prior to the day of the event. However, if that is not possible, you must arrive an hour prior to departure to go over medical directives.
